What happens after I request a quote?
We review your inquiry and follow up to discuss your goals, needs, and scope. You receive a custom proposal to review and approve before work begins. No payment is required to request a quote.
Do I need Google Ads, Meta Ads, or both?
That depends on your services, customer demand, offer, budget, and goals. Google Ads can reach active searches; Meta Ads can introduce offers through creative. We recommend a scope after learning about your business.
Can VNG manage an existing advertising account?
Yes, subject to an account review, appropriate access, and an agreed scope. You retain ownership of your advertising accounts.
Is advertising spend separate from VNG’s management fee?
Yes. You pay Google or Meta directly for advertising. VNG’s fees are quoted privately. You approve campaign budgets before launch and any material increases.
Who owns the advertising accounts and campaign data?
You own your advertising accounts, customer and campaign data, and business information. Completed custom deliverables transfer after payment. VNG retains its reusable tools, templates, methods, and preexisting intellectual property, as detailed in the agreement.
What access and approvals does VNG need?
Depending on scope, we may need permission-based access to ad accounts, your website, and tracking tools, plus accurate business information, assets, offers, and timely approvals. Do not send account passwords through this form.
Does VNG guarantee advertising results?
No. Results depend on competition, budget, market demand, your offer, and how inquiries are handled. We do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, ROAS, profit, rankings, or conversion volume.
How do contracts and cancellation work?
Our standard framework is month-to-month unless your client agreement states otherwise. Cancellation requires written notice and normally takes effect at the end of the applicable paid billing period. Your approved agreement governs the engagement. See the cancellation and refund policy.

Privacy Policy
VNG Growth uses information you voluntarily provide to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, communicate with you, and deliver agreed services. Contact: vnggrowth@gmail.com.
Information and service providers
The form requests your name, business name, email, business type, and goals. Optional information includes phone, website, platform interests, ad budget, contact preference, and additional details. Quote submissions are sent to Formspree for processing and delivery to VNG Growth.
Formspree processes information submitted through the quote form on VNG’s behalf. Cloudflare hosts this website. No CRM or workflow integration is currently connected to this website form. We will update this policy when additional providers are connected. Business email is handled through Gmail. Stripe may process payments for separately agreed services; this website does not collect card information or require payment for a quote.
Tracking, retention, and requests
This site currently includes no analytics or advertising pixels. We will update this policy before adding them. Unsuccessful inquiries may be retained for up to 12 months for reasonable follow-up and records, subject to applicable rights. Client, billing, and service records may be retained as needed to deliver services and meet legal obligations.
We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to service needs, but no system is completely secure. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or an end to follow-up, subject to applicable requirements.
Terms of Service
VNG Growth provides paid advertising and related customer-acquisition services. A quote request does not create a service agreement. A signed client agreement or statement of work defines scope, fees, and responsibilities and governs any different engagement-specific terms.
Fees and advertising spend
Pricing is determined privately for each client. Setup fees, when applicable, are due before work begins unless agreed otherwise. Management fees are billed in advance and may renew monthly as authorized in the client agreement. Engagements are month-to-month unless a different term is agreed.
Clients pay advertising platforms directly. Ad spend is separate from VNG’s fees. Clients approve budgets; material increases require client authorization.
Access and ownership
Clients provide timely, permission-based account and website access, accurate information, materials, offers, and approvals. Delays may extend timelines, and normal billing may continue unless agreed otherwise.
Clients own their ad accounts, customer and campaign data, and business information. Completed custom deliverables transfer after payment. VNG retains reusable templates, systems, frameworks, automations, tools, processes, methods, know-how, preexisting intellectual property, and reusable software or code.
Results and website use
VNG does not guarantee advertising or business results. Use this website lawfully and do not submit misleading information or sensitive credentials. Contact vnggrowth@gmail.com with questions about services or these terms.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
Send written cancellation notice to vnggrowth@gmail.com. Unless the client agreement specifies otherwise, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the applicable paid billing period. Unused time is not automatically prorated unless agreed.
Setup fees
Setup fees are refundable before substantive setup work begins. Once substantive work begins, they are generally nonrefundable unless VNG cannot provide the agreed setup services.
Management fees
Management fees are generally nonrefundable after the billing period and work have begun. If VNG cannot provide agreed services, a refund or credit may be considered case by case. Send requests to vnggrowth@gmail.com.
Advertising spend and handover
Advertising spend is paid directly to platforms and is subject to their policies. When management ends, VNG stops actively managing or modifying campaigns; the client retains account control. Campaigns are not automatically deleted or disabled unless requested by the client, required for security or platform reasons, or covered by written agreement. Clients remain responsible for platform spend on campaigns that continue running.
